Judicial processes in the Universe. Part 1. Introduction.

Every human being, from the first day of his birth, constantly evaluates everything available for perception by the most diverse criteria – by size, by volume, by speed, by weight, by mass, by quantity, by quality, by smell, by sight, by tone, by appearance, by taste, by voice, by clothing, by facial expression, by description, by code, etc.
 
It is this innate ability to constantly evaluate everything according to some criterion or parameter that allows each person to judge the essence of the manifested by him according to his personal understanding, i.e. to make a judgment.
 
The term “manifestation” denotes a cognitive process in which information about the states of any fragments of the surrounding World is initially perceived by the subject in the form of his sensations and then displayed by him in the form of objects, processes and/or phenomena, thus forming his subjective picture of the World.
In ancient times, man used only his body and his personal knowledge to make judgments:
 
  • A tribe repelled an attack by another tribe, captured many of the attackers, and tried them in a tribal council. By the decision of the chief, all of the captives were burned at the stake;
  • …
 
Today, as many centuries ago, man makes many judgments on his own:
 
  • Members of Parliament made a momentous decision for the country;
  • A farmer made a decision to cull laying hens on his farm;
  • …
But, unlike in ancient times, in order to automate the judicial process, people are increasingly resorting to the use of various devices and programs created by them, which function on the basis of algorithms specially developed for these purposes:
 
  • The automated line initially calibrates walnuts by size and sorts them by quality, and further produces packing and packaging exactly according to these parameters. With the help of this automated line, a man passes a kind of judgment on the nuts, predetermining their fate. Those that pass the selection process will end up on people’s tables, and those that do not pass the selection process will become fertilizer or additives for animal feed;
  • An automated line sorts chicken eggs according to the sex of the future chick. If there is a cockerel in the egg, the egg is sent to the stores. If the egg is a hen, it is sent to the incubator. If an egg has two yolks, it is considered a bad egg. If the egg is damaged, the egg is sent to the egg powder plant, which is then used to produce a wide variety of products, from mayonnaise to additives for animal feed. With the help of the described automated line, a person makes a kind of judgment over hen’s eggs, predetermining their future fate;
  • A computer program called a “parental control program” automatically filters all content coming from the network in order to ensure safe interaction of children with the Internet and to protect their fragile psyche. Content can be filtered by a wide variety of criteria – keywords, URLs, viewing time, content type, and more. Parental control program helps parents to make their own judgment over all content coming to them from the Internet, predetermining its further fate – either to provide the content to their child for familiarization, or not;
  • A hardware-software complex called “Lie Detector” allows a more objective judgment of applicants for various positions of responsibility, predetermining their future fate;

There is a question that everyone asks himself at least once in his life. “What will I leave behind?”. People often begin seriously thinking about it after having been on the verge of death. As for me, I had started thinking this matter over when I was struggling with a severe form of COVID-19. It resulted in soul searching, and I understood several important things.

  • First, I realized that almost all modern problems of Humankind are connected with the fact that people don’t know either themselves or their place in the Universe. The COVID-19 pandemic has vividly illustrated that without answering the question “What is a HUMAN BEING?” plenty of finds and effort, invested in the fight against diseases, do not always give the desired results. Well, are all these devices, deemed “useful”, and new principles of control, REALLY effective and useful for HUMANS?
  • Also, I understood that the project named “Cosmic Philosophy of Konstantin Tsiolkovsky” (www.tsiolkovsky.org), which I started seven years ago as a hobby, has become the most important thing for me.

Why Tsiolkovsky?

Konstantin Tsiolkovsky is known all over the world as one of the founding fathers of astronautics who developed the theory of the rocketry. These works are well-known all over the world.

But there is a great part of Tsiolkovsky ‘s heritage which few people know about. Using scientific methods, the scientist worked out a doctrine regarding the Universe and the place of the Humankind in it. Tsiolkovsky stated that he developed his theory of rocketry only as an addition to his philosophical researches.

Despite the fact that the works by Konstantin Tsiolkovsky today are already in the public domain, some results of his researches are currently unknown not only to the general public, but also to narrow specialists.

What is the difference between “living” and “lifeless”? Are there any inhabitants on our planet who are more sophisticated than a Man? What is Human? Who are Spirits? What is Soul? What is an atom?

Almost all modern problems of Humankind are connected with the fact that people don’t know either themselves or their place in the Universe. The COVID-19 pandemic has vividly illustrated that without answering the question “What is a HUMAN BEING?” plenty of finds and effort, invested in the fight against diseases, do not always give the desired results. Well, are all these devices, deemed “useful”, and new principles of control, really effective and useful for HUMANS? 

Tsiolkovsky’s articles are unique! They contain clear, simple, and at the same time exhaustive answers to these – and many more – complex questions.

The goal of the Project is to make philosophical works by this great Thinker available for a general audience completely free of charge.

For seven years, all works on the Project were carried out exclusively at my own expense. Today the site provides free access to the most complete collection of philosophical articles by Konstantin Tsiolkovsky on the Internet. Some articles were published by us for the very first time, since their contents were recognized from archival images of manuscripts or typescripts of Konstantin Tsiolkovsky, which had never been published before, and converted into the text format.

What have we managed to do so far:

  • 174 philosophical articles have been published;
  • 21 articles were published in Russian for the first time;
  • 5 audio books in Russian and 1 audio book in English have been created;
  • 7 articles have been translated into English for the first time.

Unfortunately, due to the crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, we are forced to look for people, organizations or companies that are interested in our Project and who can help the Project by financing translation of philosophical works of Konstantin Tsiolkovsky into Ukrainian and/or English languages, as well as creation of audio books based on collections of his articles.

We will turn all the articles by Konstantin Tsiolkovsky translated into Ukrainian and English, into electronic books in PDF format, which will be posted on www.tsiolkovsky.org website and become available to all free of charge.

For companies, organizations or individuals who will finance translation works, we offer placing information about their company on one of the pages in each e-book. Any comments and suggestions will be considered.

I am convinced that this Project is really necessary because we constantly receive letters of thanks from researchers around the world with positive feedback on our work.

I understand that now we are going through hard times: the pandemic is still going on, people are dying… There seemingly are more important issues that require funding. But all pandemics end. A new round of Life begins. Will we and our descendants be ready for it?

I hope to find like-minded people.

THERE IS ONLY A MOMENT BETWEEN THE PAST AND THE FUTURE

Look. Try to remember burning problems from childhood and youth. How many tears, nerves, how many tragedies, how many passions there was. How much strength and health is ruined.

For what? “God, what nonsense I cared about. There are no others, and they are farther.” I don’t remember my own able. It’s all erased and forgotten,” you say.

It will be the same with today. “Everything will pass. That’s going to pass.” So gradually the whole life goes away, dissolving in the fog.

So what’s the bottom line? What did you live for? What’s the point? And is it there?

He was growing what was always the soul. I’ll drop the earth, I’ll take it heavenly. All my experience will remain with me. “Nothing on Earth passes without a trace.”

Then the next turn of the wheel. I’ll dive over and start over. But it won’t be me anymore.

And in general, “I” is such an illusory thing that everyone is concerned about. It has to be overcome.

I totally agree that the virus is news, i.e. such information that is new to the recipient.

But with the fact that this is bad news, I fundamentally disagree.

The news may look different for different recipients only …

Therefore, categorizing the news as “good” or “bad” depends solely on the point of view of the recipient …

A biological virus is a technology, the use of which allows the Creator of the virus to introduce (embody, materialize) his ideas into the substances of specific Fleshes (Bodies), for changing the algorithm of functioning of which he was created.

A informational virus is a technology, the use of which allows the Creator of the virus to introduce (materialize) his ideas in the consciousness of specific Souls (Personalities), for changing the algorithm of functioning of which he was created.

 

 

Philosophical background for creating “Global biological immune systems”

The world’s largest companies have focused on creating a so-called “Global biological immune system”; they are investing billions of US dollars into the works in this area. The desire to create such a system did not arise from nowhere – it was caused by the spreading of SARS-CoV-2 (2019-nCoV) coronavirus across the planet, which led to the global COVID-19 pandemic (COVID-19  is an abbreviation that stands for COronaVIrus Disease 2019).

The very possibility of creating any kind of “biological immune systems” directly depends on how the ideas of modern researchers about the functioning of creatures correspond to reality and what tools are used to achieve the goals.

I am sure that the creation of a quality “biological immune system” of a person is fundamentally impossible today since the tools available or being developed will not allow anyone to achieve this goal. All tools, either available or under development, information about which I could find on the net has certain drawbacks, namely:

  • It is built on the basis of matter, i.e. based on chemical elements, which are described in detail in the current version of the Mendeleev’s Periodic Table;

  • It is intended exclusively for dealing with substance, i.e. with biological bodies.

This toolkit is not sufficient to create a full-fledged “biological immune system” for any biological body or group of biological bodies.

There is an urgent need to develop, in addition to the existing tools, completely new ones, which meet the following criteria:

  • They will be built on non-material elements (on the elements of the corresponding consciousnesses);

  • They will be designed to operate at the level of biological bodies’ “operating systems”.

Only when the two above-mentioned types of tools are developed, a real possibility of creating a “global biological immune system” will emerge…

P.S.

Any computer system can be represented as a hardware and software complex, intended for processing information. It consists of:

  • The hardware part;

  • The operating system, which is designed to manage the hardware and to organize its interaction with Users.

To fix a computer system in case of a failure, the User should have tools of two different types. The first one will be used for repairing hardware, and the second one – for restoring the operating system, as well as the complex of programs interconnected with it.

  • The first type includes a toolkit for recovering the hardware of a computing system: screwdrivers, soldering irons, spare parts, measuring devices, etc. These tools are built on the basis of substance;

  • A toolkit for recovering the operating system of a computing system includes software products, source codes of the operating system, compilers, etc… These tools are based on the substance, which differs from the one we know….

The only use of both types of tools can help to restore the proper functioning of the system. No professional in the world c restoring n fix computer systems using only one kind of tools!
